If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, if paid online.
We will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Just Conceived Returns Policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Just Conceived's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Just Conceived for any reason within the specified return/exchange period
(7 Days from the Date of Delivery)
We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. You can return the product to us through:
Reverse Shipment Pickup : We will get the shipment picked up from the address incase you wish to return the product, a charge of ₹100 will be levied for the shipping. We will credit the remaining amount after deduction of shipping fee in the source account 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and after it is checked thoroughly for quality. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
No exchange or return on Sale/Discounted Products.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status within 48hrs from the time the ORDER is placed. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes if the Items haven't been shipped yet then we can make the changes to the Shipping Address.

How do I cancel my Order?
Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of our Website and then select the item or order you want to cancel
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
